Elena Fadeeva, General Director, Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard

Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard General Director Elena Fadeeva founded Vanguard PR in Moscow in 1993 and has grown it into one of the top firms. Today, she leads a joint venture with Fleishman-Hillard (Omnicom Group Inc.) and develops Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard hub in the CIS countries.

She plays active role in developing communications industry in Russia: Elena is Chairwoman of the Russian Communications Consultancies Association (AKOS), a member of the Executive Committee of the Russian Public Relations Organization, a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Public Relations Award Silver Archer and a member of the Strategic Council of the International Association of Business Communicators in Russia. She is also a member of the International Public Relations Association and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Elena studied international communications, business management and law in Kingston University (UK), Weatherhead School of management, Case Western University (USA) and Academy of National Economy (Russia).

Galina Skatkina, Associate Director, Head of Corporate and Public Affairs Practice

Galina is an expert in management of corporate communications campaigns with over 10 years of experience. Today she leads Corporate and Public Affairs practice and is senior advisor on clients’ campaigns.

Before joining Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard Galina was Project Director of large PR Holding IMA Group where she was responsible for strategic management of the key clients such as Christie’s, BNP Paribas, Royal Dutch Shell, Sakhalin Energy, VTB, Storm International, etc.

She was also responsible for senior management of PR support of large scale governmental projects for Administration of the President of Russia, Russian Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, Central Election Committee, and Government of Moscow.

Galina has a degree with honors in journalism from Moscow  State University as well as MBA from Higher School of Economics, Moscow.

Ekaterina Smirnova, Associate Director, Head of Marketing Communications Practice

Ekaterina is an expert in management of marketing communications, brand public relations and promotion campaigns and other consumer oriented disciplines with over 8 years of experience. Today she leads Marketing Communications practice and acts as senior advisor on clients’ relations management in such spheres as branding, b2b and b2c marketing, entertainment and luxury marketing, retail, sport business and  WOM marketing.

Prior to joining Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard Ekaterina was Head of Consumer Marketing Practice in SPN Ogilvy with such clients as GM, Mango, Walt Disney Company, Panasonic, Nestle and P&G. She also was Wellness group head at PRP Group – a Weber Shandwick affiliate – working with beauty and healthcare clients, such as Johnson&Johnson, Organon, P&G, Pfizer.

Ekaterina is a graduate of Moscow State Institute (University) of International Relations MID RF with diploma in international economic relations.

Alexey Ryzhankov, Associate Director, Head of Technology Practice

Alexey is responsible for managing and development of communications solutions for companies in technology sector, including consumer and b2b hardware and software.

Alexey’s expertise range from corporate communications and crisis management to marketing communications and brand support. His experience include working in advertising and public relations agencies for companies from wide range of industries, including B2B and B2C technology, prescriptive pharma, FMCG, beauty and consumer and business services as well as for international organizations and industrial corporations.

Alexey has diploma of a specialist in information and communication (specialization in mass communications) with distinction from Belarusian State University and M.A. in Sociology from Manchester University.

Marina Yarovikova, Acting Head of Healthcare Practice

Marina is managing Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard Healthcare Practice and supervises Public Relations and Public Affairs campaigns for pharma, biotech and wellness companies, coordinates social programs and NGOs liaison.

She has over 7 years of experience in healthcare corporate communications (Roche, Makiz-Pharma), launching social programs (educational program Urology Lessons) and pharma brands.

Prior to joining the agency Marina was working in Edelman Imageland as deputy head of Healthcare Practice, managing such clients as Astellas, Abbott, Sanofi Pauster, Johnson&Johnson, Roche, Petrovax, Bionorica and others.

She had graduated the Nizhniy Novgorod State University named after Lobachevski and the Nizhniy Novgorod State Technological University.

Maria Krasilnikova, Media Relations Director

Maria is responsible for development of local and international media relations in the agency.

She has over 6 years of experience in media relations, on-line and broadcast journalism. Maria’s background is TV news production and organization of international exhibitions.

Maria has a degree in organization management from Moscow Aviation Institute (Technical University).

Daria Sudakova, Talent Development Manager

Daria has more than 4 years of experience in HR field. She is responsible for all the aspects of Talent Development policy in the Agency such as new staff hiring, adaptation programms, corporate education system etc.

Prior to joining Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard Daria worked as a part of HR Team for Mikhailov&Partners, one of the leading local agencies, she ran recruitment, adaptation and appraisal programs for the agency, as well as regional HR projects.

Daria has a diploma in psychology and HR management.
