Now we can observe the changes in companies’ activity: Previously companies often limited themselves by just reacting to policy, having just reacted to the requirements turned to the company. Now organizations more often employ a proactive approach, trying to anticipate the expectations of their target groups and, thanks to active dialogue with them, offer interesting and effective programs», – Elena Fadeeva, General Director of Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard, chairwoman of The Russian Communications Consultancies Association (АКОS) who will act as the moderator of the round table, commented.
