Supported by Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard, Nestle held the All-Russia Forum, “Creating Shared Value: Strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility.” This forum was the initiative of Nestle, the world’s leading manufacturer of foodstuff. Support for the forum was provided by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Global Contract Network.
Representatives of large companies, noncommercial organizations, government organizations, and mass-media shared their experiences with solving social problems and discussed their most successful and effective projects in the field of corporate social responsibility (СSR). They also formulated plans for further developing CSR programs already in Russia.
The event was attended by more than 120 guests and journalists. Among lecturers of the forum were representatives of UNDP, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Global Contract Network of the United Nations in Russia, the Public Chamber, charitable organizations, and Nestle. During the controversial session “Principles for Constructing Partner Relations between Business, State, and Society,” delegates tackled the toughest questions connected with the realization of social programs.
Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard provided full organizational and media support for the event, including inviting guests and speakers to the forum, interviewing speakers, and organizing mass-media coverage.
