Reckitt Benckiser, Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard held Healthy Throat Day in Moscow

Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard has launched the “Healthy Throat Day” campaign in Moscow on behalf of Reckitt Benckiser and Strepsils brand, the event coinciding with the peak of a flu epidemic. The PR agency had a special pavilion, Strepsils Home of a Healthy Throat, constructed at Chistoprudny Boulevard where everyone could have a free examination by an ENT specialist; the event was concluded with a mass media press conference.V.V. Vishnyakov, head of the ENT department at Moscow State Medical Stomatological University (MSMSU), R.G. Anyutin, professor at ENT department at MSMSU, and A. Shevchenko, Healthcare division manager at Reckitt Benckiser spoke at the conference. Tatyana Lazareva, a famous actress and TV presenter, hosted the press conference.

The social campaign was launched to increase public awareness on the causes of throat infections and effective ways to fight infection at the first signs of illness. In the warm and cozy atmosphere of the Home of a Healthy Throat, everyone was offered a free medical examination and an opportunity to listen to professional advice on how to keep healthy in the fall and winter, and how to treat an infected throat.
