The Partnership Program of BP Visco and KHL

Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard announced launching the partnership with BP Visco within which the agency will promote the agreement between Setra Lubricants the exclusive importer of BP Visco motor oil and Kontinental Hockey League.

Within the 2010/2011 hockey season BP Visco will support KHL and will realize a number of activities promoting hockey as a popular winter sport and popularizing a healthy life-style among children and youth.

Leonid Kobrin, General Director of Setra Lubricants, Ltd mentioned that partnership with KHL «will give the opportunity to support Russian sport not only by word of mouth but also in deed». The new large-scale project will include a number of events with participation of the leading stars of the League. Thus, BP Visco is willing to make hockey available for all the people in Russia.

“We are very pleased of the partnership with BP Visco. Their support of KHL will popularize hockey in different parts of our country,” says Elena Fadeeva, General manager of Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard.

Within the project Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard developed the conceptions and the logistics of sporting events in five big Russian cities. The agency will also provide the large-scale regional and federal information support.

BP Visco is the name of motor oils product line, producing with the CleanGuard technology which prevent formation of sediments in engine and minimize deterioration. Setra Lubricants, Ltd is an exclusive importer of BP Visco lubricants in Russia.

KHL (Kontinental Hockey League) is the biggest professional league in Europe and Asia that include 23 teams playing in Russia, Latvia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Since 2008, KHL is the sole owner rights to conduct the Russian Championship on hockey and to determine the strongest club on the territory of Russia and CIS countries by the results of seven months long thrilling hockey marathon. The winner of the first two Championships of KHL and the owner of the League’s main trophy is Ak Bars, a Kazan club.
