The Russian Communications Consultancies Association (AKOS) continues to prepare students from high profile faculties at leading Russian universities, including MSU University, The Higher School of Economics, St. Petersburg State University, Moscow State Linguistic University and others.
During the new school year, top managers of member agencies of AKOS will conduct more than 100 lectures, workshops and master classes for high school courses. Top managers of leading PR agencies as well as PR directors from major Russian and international companies will act as speakers. The practical PR courses conducted in Russian universities have been prepared by a working AKOS group on educational projects under the direction of Elena Fadeeva, General Director of FleishmanHillard Vanguard.
The courses are set up to share the theoretical and practical experience of leading PR industry professionals with the students, as well as to train undergraduates and graduates and prepare them for the profession. Upon finishing the AKOS course students will have obtained the necessary practical skills of young professionals.
Elena Fadeeva, General Director of FleishmanHIllard Vanguard and head of the working group on educational projects at AKOS said: “The main challenge we have set ourselves is developing unique programs for each institution, which will develop complete specialists with a strong theoretical base combined with practical skills. Students of our programs have a significant competitive advantage in the labor market, as they have already gone through a period of professional adaptation, while they have been students.”
