FleishmanHillard Vanguard speaks to Students of the Moscow State University

Representatives of FleishmanHillard Vanguard gave a series of lectures to third year students studying advertising and PR at the faculty of Philosophy of the Moscow State University. The lecturers from FHV included Senior Communications Manager Maria Vakhmistrova, Director of Marketing and PR Maria Krasilnikova and legal counsel Evgeny Mikhailov. They spoke on the topics of Organization of Press-Services and PR Departments, Media Relations and Legal Norms in Communications.

The speakers talked about traditional structures and forms of press services and PR departments at various companies and highlighted the basic tools for building and maintaining relationships with the media that are used by PR professionals in the largest international agencies. As part of the law lecture, the students learned about common situations arising in the legal field of PR, different types of liability under the Russian legislation and protection against rights violation, among other things. In addition to the theoretical part of the lecture, the student audience was presented with relevant case studies.

The lectures were conducted within the educational program of The Russian Communications Consultancies Association (AKOS).
