FleishmanHillard Vanguard announced today the opening of its Ukrainian branch, starting with a new office in Kiev.
FleishmanHillard Vanguard is a joint venture formed in 2007 by FleishmanHillard and Vanguard PR, a local agency founded in Moscow in 1993. Being one of the largest PR companies in the region, it serves as FleishmanHillard’s hub for Russia and the CIS, covering Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Belarus.
“We already have a lot of experience working in Ukraine for over 10 years from our Moscow hub, where we have a team from Ukraine and local partners,” said Elena Fadeeva, FleishmanHillard Vanguard’s General Director and Partner. “Now we are happy to bring our unique combination of international expertise and local experience to a wholly owned office.”
John Saunders, FleishmanHillard’s president of Europe the Middle East and Africa commented: “Over the past decade, we have opened offices in Prague, Warsaw and Moscow, as well as established stellar affiliate partnerships in countries ranging from Bulgaria to Hungary, Lithuania to Serbia. The announcement of our new office in Kiev recognises the growing importance of Ukraine and addresses requests from our clients for more support in the market.”
FleishmanHillard Vanguard Ukraine offers a wide range of communications services, including corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, financial communications, international campaigns, marketing, healthcare, technology and digital communications.
Elena Fadeeva will serve as general director of FleishmanHillard Vanguard Ukraine, and Anna Maximenko, the firm’s supervisor for Ukraine and the CIS, will manage client relations in Kiev. The new operation will share office space with OMD Optimum Media, and the agencies will partner to offer integrated communication solutions for clients.
